Our Customer Success team is located across the United States. As a customer, you’ll have a dedicated CS rep, whom you can contact any time. You’ll also have access to a Live Chat forum and phone support. We’ve also recently redesigned our Customer Success web platform, where you can access product FAQs, video tutorials and webinars at your convenience.

How often do you release new features?

We usually release new features several times a month. Every quarter, our customers are alerted to what features and functionalities have been launched, and what is coming next.
