That’s up to you. You select who uses Granular on your farm. You can also set different permission levels individually, so you decide what kind of data members of your team have access to.

How often do I need to update the Granular desktop and mobile apps?

Never. Granular lives in the cloud, which means you don’t have to download new versions every time we make an update – any new features will be automatically accessible the next time you log in on your desktop computer. Your mobile app will also automatically update if you have that setting turned on, or you will get a prompt on your next login.

No, quite the opposite – Granular makes running your farm easier, not more complicated. Our customers have found that using Granular gives them more time to focus what matters most – operating their farm.

What devices does Granular work on?

The Granular web app works on all computers (PCs and Macs), and the mobile app works on all Android and Apple smartphones and tablets.
